The Gin Society Festival Returns To Skipton

After last year’s sell out success, this year we’ve an even bigger range of gins for you to try – over 120, plus some brand-new guest gins to sample. The festival is the perfect way to discover some exciting new tastes from around the region, the UK and beyond, including a wide range of fashionable fruit gins.

If you haven’t experienced a Gin Society festival, you’re in for a treat – we’re in the business of creating a magical experience as you embark on your journey around the world of gin.

At the festival you can enjoy a selection of the world’s finest gins and perhaps learn a few facts you didn’t know about this legendary libation.

As well as gin, The Gin Society will also be serving their hugely popular sloe gin and prosecco fizz, plus a small selection of bespoke beverages.

Botanical Brewers Fentimans will be supplying their range of tonic waters and, for those who like something a little different with their gin, Fentimans delicious Rose Lemonade, Pink Grapefruit Tonic and Valencian Orange Tonic will also be available.

To add to the fizzy festival atmosphere, there will be vintage music from our resident DJ A-Train Swing, whose speakeasy sounds take you back to those decadent days when the gin cocktail was king.

Throughout the day and evening, distillers will be sharing their skills in a series of gin Master Classes.

You can also sip taste a range of new and unusual gins at our bespoke Be Our Guest Bar and learn a few facts and fibs about how the gin craze began at a special talk where its grisly history will be unfolded.

Early Bird Tickets for each session are now on sale at just £8.50 (plus booking fee). Included in the entry prices is a beautiful bespoke Gin Society gin goblet, featuring a new design which is yours to keep as a souvenir, plus a booklet of tasting notes and access to masterclasses.

All gins and tonics plus garnishes are priced at £5.

“ a wonderful night spent with good friends and good gins. I can heartily recommend it to anyone with a taste for gin or those with a simple desire to try something different.” Robert Hamilton, Northern Soul
