New and Improved
Recently refurbished and under new management, the Skipton-based shop for Martin House Hospice is in dire need of both donations and volunteers. Newly appointed shop manager, Andrina Reynoldson, said “Myself and the rest of the team at Martin House Hospice are committed to ensuring that children with life-limiting illnesses can receive the family-led care and respite offered at our hospice in Boston Spa. We’ve recently experienced an increase in sales at our Skipton shop and to meet demand and continue raising much-needed funds, stock donations are required.”
They need our donations
Martins House Hospice relies entirely on donations and fundraising to provide free care and support for young people and bereaved families across West, East and North Yorkshire. The sales at their local shops are major contributors to the charity’s income, so ensuring that stock levels are adequate is of upmost importance. Their Skipton shop would welcome donations of good quality clothing and toys. They are also in need of volunteers, so if you feel you could spare some time to help out please pop in and speak to Andrina.
